Comfortable and spacious cornerhouse , 1 mile from the sandy beaches

We have meanwhile arranged a short swap by the end of August. But we would also like to swap with folks in Kent, Surrey, etc. for a week to ten days during second week of May as well as the end of June and first week of July...

Our home is most comfortable,has got all amenities and a lovely secluded garden. We have several bikes at your disposal as distances are very short here. Downstairs is a spacious livingroom, kitchen and hall. On the first floor are three bedrooms and bathroom and there is a fourth bedroom on the second floor. The lovely garden faces south and apart from the shed with the bikes, etc. there is a new gardenhouse.
The house has recently been partly renovated with a.o. a brand new kitchen,bathroom, toilets, airco in both livingroom and master bedroom, etc.

Although it can easily accommodate four persons we prefer to exchange with an elderly couple ......
As regards pet care, we now have one lovely cat, sociable and low maintenance so to speak.....

About the location

We live in a small village located very conveniently one mile from the sea, dunes and sandy beaches and only two miles from the towns of Middelburg and Vlissingen in the South West of Holland. The area is quite touristic with a great variety of scenery, many waterways and places of interest. The province of Zeeland is one of the most beautiful areas of Holland and offers splendid scenery. Visiting towns/cities such as Gent, Antwerp, Brugge, Rotterdam can be done in a trip lasting about one hour. Amsterdam is two hours away. The entire province is a paradise for cyclists both in town and out of town as distances are very short and the countryside is as flat as a pancake !!!!
Koudekerke is located only 3 miles away from the A58 Motorway. (see google maps)...
