Our property is part of a group of 12 houses in a quiet community with garden and pool.
Two floor house with terrace and direct access to pool. Parking and close to the mountain and beach.
It is ideal for relaxation, sea sports, for biking walking and cultural visits.
The only time we can not exchange homes is during the months of July and August.
About the location
Located on the Costa Brava heart, in the magnificent village of L`Escala and near Figueres with the Dali Museum and the magnificient ruins of Empuries, from the roman period.
Nearby towns of hight interest as Peratallada, Cadaqus, Figueres, Girona, Pals... just 1 hour and 40 minutes drive from Barcelona and 30from Girona airport (Ryanair).
Car is strongly recommended for this area.
