Recently extended and refurbished terraced house, our family home combines classic Victorian features with modern standards and comforts.

The ground floor comprises hall; comfortable front sitting room with traditional Victorian fireplace and open fire, sofas, smart TV; downstairs WC; very large open plan room comprising back sitting room with wood burning stove, second smart TV, spacious dining room which can seat 8 comfortably (12 max) and a well-appointed fitted kitchen with stone worktops, washing machine, electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink.

Access to the small, pretty garden is from the kitchen and includes a patio with table and chairs, grassed areas and rear access to the back lane for cycles, stored in the garage.

On the first floor are four bedroom: two doubles, one twin and one single/study plus family bath and shower room. The front double bedroom has a large bay sash window and king sized double bed. Second double bedroom has a queen sized double bed with sash window overlooking the garden. Third bedroom has a single trundle (twin) bed which can be set up as a very large double or twin. There is also a small study with single guest bed.

New addition in 2018 is the large master suite on the top floor comprising large triple aspect room bedroom with king size bed and with ensuite shower room, plus additional studio room which could house air beds if an additional sixth bedroom is required.

About the location

The house is in the attractive residential area of Westbury Park, close to an excellent range of local shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, independent cinema and `The Downs` - Bristol`s largest green open space. The house is 20 minutes walk from Whiteladies Road, and 30 minutes walk from the BBC and Bristol University and there is a frequent and direct bus service (No 2) if you prefer not to walk.

Parking is available directly outside on the road and there is easy access by car or bus into the city centre, harbourside, train station, airport and all Bristol`s attractions.

Bristol is 2 hours drive from central London, or 1.5 hour train journey. We are close to Bath, Stonehenge and the beautiful Cotswolds for day trips and excursions. Devon and Cornwall are within easy reach, with rugged coastline, golden sandy beaches, great surfing and much more. Bristol is a great city to explore and is the perfect base for exploring further afield.
