Two properties for home exchange in the south of Spain (Sevilla and Huelva)

We are looking to swap houses. We can offer our cozy penthouse for the first fortnight of September. We are a family of 5: we have three chilfren who will then be 4, and 14 months. We are considering several locations at present such as Oxford, London, Bristol, Brighton, Plymouth but also any interesting spot in Ireland, Scotland or Switzerland.

Our penthouse in Sevilla-Este, a residential area in Seville. Sevilla-Este is a quiet yet very popular and family friendly part of Sevilla. It`s a spacious 2 bedroom penthouse, with an modern kitchen, sitting room and small bathroom in the ground floor, and two double rooms and ensuite bathroom in the first floor. Seville water park is 2 min away and Sevilla International Airport is 15 min by car. There is a beatiful and huge park 5 min away very popular with walkers and joggers. The center of Sevilla is 15 by bus or car (30 min by bike). The city of Seville is famous worldwide for its culture, monuments, traditions and artistic heritage. This is the birthplace of Flamenco and the city where the most amazing Easter processions take place. But Seville is also the neuralgic centre of the South of Spain, a city full of life and possibilities. It is also one of the most charming cities of Spain. Seville’s rich history has left the city stuffed with innumerable monuments like the awesome cathedral , the third largest in the world, the Giralda tower, the wonderful palace of the Reales Alcázares, the magical Barrio of Santa Cruz with its narrow streets, the Maestranza bullfighting ring and the passion for Flamenco an the perfume of orange blossoms on every corner. Sevilla is well connected to Madrid by the Spanish high speed train AVE. Seville was recently named best city to visit in 2018 by Lonely Planet.

The house is fully furnished. We also have 2 adult and 1 children bicycles and 2 scooters which you are welcome to use. The swap could also include the use of our car – a Renault Megane.
The swap would include the use of our trusted cleaner. She currently comes 4-5 times a week.

About the location

Our house in Sevilla is in Sevilla Este, which is a quiet yet very popular and family friendly part of Seville. The neighborhood high street has two supermarkets, more convenience stores and a host of bakeries, cafes, restaurants. There is also a flee market every Sunday morning. There are many fitness centres, with swimming pools, close by as well as tennis courts. There are at least 4 children playgrounds nearby, a public library and a performing arts centre.

Important information
We also offer an apartment located in Ayamonte, a coastal village of Huelva, just in the border with Portuguese Algarve.
