Rustic chill out villa in an extremely relaxing and quiet part of Alhaurin el Grande, yet only minutes walk from restaurants etc.

The property is located in 15,000 metres of land making it very private and tranquil, but yet is only a 15 minute drive to the beach and coastal towns of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 30 minutes to Marbella.

The views from this property are absolutely stunning. Watch the sun set over the mountains while enjoying a glass of wine.

This is the perfect family holiday home if you are looking to have a holiday with piece of quiet, but yet being able to get to the main attractions.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 30 minute drive.

Chill out by day and take a short drive to all the attractions by night.

INTERNET: There is internet WI-FI all through the house and on outside terrace areas.

House Layout:

MAIN LEVEL (ground level)

KITCHEN: Large open kitchen with breakfast bar. Fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you can need, plus direct access to a large sunny terrace with several dining areas.

UTILITY ROOM: There is a Utility room with washing machine, dryer and toilet.

BEDROOM ONE / MASTER BEDROOM: Bedroom one is a very large bedroom with king size bedroom and access to an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has stunning south west facing views to the mountains.

EN-SUITE: The en suite bathroom is a large bathroom and has a built in standing shower, bath tub, bidet and wash basin.

SUN ROOM: This is a second lounge or chill out room that is a large area which faces south west and has the most stunning panoramic views to the mountains and countryside. In this room is an L shaped sofa and coffee table, so that you can enjoy the view. There is also a dining table and chairs as well as a desk, should you need to do some work or surf the internet.

MAIN LOUNGE: The main lounge is where it is ideal to chill out in the evening and watch some television or read a god book. The floor is carpeted and has a large corner sofa. There is a television in this room with full access to every channel (sky sports, movies, disney and movies on demand).

BEDROOM TWO: Bedroom two is currently a play room for our daughter as there is only three of us. This can be kept as a play room if you wish to bring small children and play with the toys and children's desk etc. This can also be used as a lounge if you wish, if you are a small party. There is a television in this room with full access to every channel you could need (sky sports, movies, disney and movies on demand). Equally this room can be returned to a bedroom where we can install two single beds. The choice is yours. We are here to make the house accommodating for your needs.

TERRACES: There are several terraces around the house and accessed from many rooms within of the house. There are several dining areas and seating around each terrace, so you will be able to choose where you dine and which view you wish to enjoy.

OUTSIDE KITCHEN: To the front of the house is a double level terrace. On one of the terraces is what we call an outdoor kitchen. There is a fridge freezer, cupboards, kitchen counter, breakfast bar and gas cooker / oven. This is a perfect area for eating outside during the day or in the evening (as there is outside lighting provided). This is the best part of the house as the views from here are stunning. The sun will set clearly every evening across the mountains. This faces direct south west, so you will have the most amazing view. Our suggestion, open a bottle of wine, put on some nice chill out music and relax and enjoy the sunset.

Second Level of the House

BEDROOM THREE: This is a large bedroom with king size bed and access to an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has the most stunning views to the mountains when you look out of the window or even bathroom window. En-SUITE: The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub / shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

BEDROOM FOUR: This is currently a bedroom for our daughter which has an elevated slide bed. Plus toys and books within the room. This room can currently sleep a small child on this bed (our daughter is 6), plus we can insert another single bed if required. Again, we arrange the house as you see fit.

EN-SUITE: The en-suite bathroom has a small bath tub, shower hose, bidet and toilet.

GARDENS: The house is situated on 15,000 metre's of land. So your children can go on an adventure if they wish. There is also a play park in the garden. This has a trampoline, various swings, club house and slide.

POOL and POOL AREA: There is a small swimming pool on the grounds, which is perfect for small children as there are steps that lead into the pool, as well as a sitting step area in the pool, so that you can enjoy the view. Next to the pool is a covered pergola with seating areas provided, should you need some shade. The pool area and pergola area have the most amazing views.

PARKING: There is parking for several cars (up to four cars)

ACCESS: The house is just off the main road coming into Alhaurin and is extremely easy to find. Even though it is just of the major road, because we have so much land, it is completely peaceful and quiet.
