About the location

West Leederville regularly rates as Perth`s best suburb. We have been rusted on here since 1983 with our kids going to the local primary school in next street. Lake Monger walking/cycling trail is at the bottom of our street. Two Bianchi touring bikes included.

Best coffee shop in area (we think in Perth) is 50 metres away in next street.

Wonderful City Beach/Floreat beach are a 10 minute drive.

Freeway access to drive north or south is the best in Perth - one set of lights at the bottom of our suburb. Two hours 45 to our holiday place.

We are leaving this place via the undertaker!

Our daughters are studying and working in London and we are on the cusp of retirement.
