Mansion built 1915

Clift Hill is a grand house but not as big on the inside as it looks!

I am currently living in the house on my own and renting out rooms by the day/week or on Air bnb. I need to move to the South East or London for work and need one of these:
A house swap for at least 3 months - sole occupancy or you can take in bookings
A house manager/sitter who can manage rentals
Any combination of the two

The house is for sale but we have only had 3 viewings in 7 months!

About the location

This is a great area to explore the lakes mountains and Hadrians Wall country. Motorway and train access is excellent. London 3h15, Glasgow/Edinburgh/Newcastle 1h.

It is extremely safe and quiet.
