Poppit Sands is huge and good for surfing, swimming, kayaking, sailing, sand dunes and rock pools. Cardigan has a decent range of shops, a castle and 2 excellent Arts centres. Spectacular wild unspoilt scenery, excellent birdwatching, clean beaches, close to Preseli mountains, ancient woodlands, and many Neolithic sites (including Stonehenge`s Bluestone sites).
