The river is very nearby where we swim. Wifi.

Our house is located in South Devon which is as wonderful tranquil rural part of England with moorland and coast close by. We are 3 miles from Totnes which is famous for its individuality and medieval buildings/layout.
Dartmoor national park is close for great walking while the coastline offers great beaches and coastal walking.
Nearest Towns are Plymouth and Exeter both about 35 minutes away.
