Discover Bordeaux and the ocean from a quiet family home

We renovated our house in 2009 so it has every modern equipment you may need. We can also enjoy a nice garden to prepare BBQ or play outside.
It is in a very quiet neighbourhood but it is a five-minute walk to the tram station that will take you to Bordeaux downtown in 15minutes.
It is very easy and free to park in our street.
The airport is 6kms away.

About the location

Bordeaux is famous because it is a UNESCO city that is wonderful and very convenient to visit thanks to the tram.
Our house in not downtown but you can go there very rapidly.
You can find a supermarket, bank, post office, chemistry in a walking distance.
If you like golf as much as we do, you will be able to play in 4 different courses (maximum 30 minutes driving) among which "Golf du Médoc".
We live 2kms away from Chateau Haut Brion and 5kms away from Pape Clément.
Saint Emilion or the region called Médoc are 30minutes away by car. You may discover very famous Chateaux such as Petrus, Margaux, Lafite-Rotschild....
Driving 1 hour you may enjoy the ocean and our wide sandy beaches in Lacanau Ocean. You may enjoy the Bassin Of Arcachon and the famous "Dune du Pila" or "Cap Ferret" whiwh are natural wonders.
