My home is an Edwardian red brick town house situated close to Belfast city centre, just beside Queen's University and the city's Botanic gardens. It has a garden with a patio and planted area which leads on to a gated community alleyway which is very safe for children to play in.It's a short walk to the city centre, the River Lagan and close by theatres and cinemas and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars.. There are good public transport links to the city environs and further afield, including to both Derry and Dublin. There are three double bedrooms, a study with a comfortable sofa bed and two sitting rooms, one of which, as is typical of house in Belfast from this period, is on the first floor and large kitchen/diner.
