Wine Region of Margaret River, West Australia.

Our home has two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with double bed. Both have their own ensuite (no bath).

Open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with usual amenities including dishwasher, laundry and study area. Wifi available.

It is a solar passive / eco friendly property utilising rainwater and solar pv's as well as keeping cool in summer. There is a slow combustion log fire used in winter.

The garden, orchard and raised vegetable beds have irrigation systems for hot weather and some monitoring that all is working well would be appreciated, but neighbours will look after this if needed.

We can offer a car exchange and a car is needed here. About 10 minutes into Margaret River township for all shopping needs – 3 supermarkets, 2 chemists, numerous liquor shops etc.

About the location

Explore the Margaret River wine region and relax at our home, on three acres, centrally located between Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste, offering beautiful coastline, beaches for swimming and surfing, caves, National Parks / forest walks, galleries and boutique wineries.

There are good coffee shops and restaurants in town and many wineries offer lunch usually in the 'fine dining' style.

Many places to visit within the Capes and you can travel further afield to Denmark, Pemberton and Albany to see more of the South West corner.

The nearest airport is Perth some 290 klms north. We may be able to arrange collection of our car from Perth. Please talk to us about this.
