- We are a young family looking for a house swap in Vancouver from approx 19th June for 4 weeks (flexible).

- Our villa is stunning with 4 bedrooms all with onsuite, a huge living room, modern kitchen and huge decking area with a salt water pool and garden.

- Sea views from the villa and south facing for all day sun!

- Javea is 1 hour from Alicante and 1 hour from Valencia

- 5 minutes walk to the Old Town with amazing cheap food

- 5 minutes walk to the Port with fresh fish and bars and restaurants

- 5 minute drive to a stunning beach

- Totally kid friendly house (gated pool)

About the location

Javea is one hour drive from Alicante airport and one hour drive from Valencia airport.

We are right on the coast with a stunning old town 5 minutes walk from the villa.
There is a huge stunning sand beach 5 minute drive from the house and so much to do in the surrounding areas.
