1894 terraced house in Seaford, East Sussex

A terraced house in the heart of Seaford. East Sussex Seaford is a delightful seaside town with a population of 25,000 located between Brighton and Eastbourne. Frequent, easy access to Brighton by train (30 minutes) or bus (50 minutes along the coast) and London by train (around an hour). A five minute walk to the beach with access to the South Down.

The house has recently been beautifully renovated. Two bedrooms available, one with a king bed, the other large attcic area with a double bed. Little garden with a Wendy House is an amazing sun trap and perfect to have a coffee and read the paper or perhaps a G and T....

We have two cats, Christine and Judy. They graze on dried food and have a cat flap so are pretty easy to share with. (I would want any proposed swappers to like cats). They are pretty much trouble free and, with enough food topped-up can be left for up to 2 nights).

As we are now pretty much `free agents` time wise, we are open to offers. Perhaps a few days here and there or a longer period of time via a plane.

About the location

Five minutes walk from a pretty, shingled unspoilt beach (the sea is pretty cold though!). Fantastic walks to `Seven Sisters` (we often do this walk ending with a pub lunch and bus home). The South Downs is very accessible and very beautiful. `Seven Sisters` a walk away (the Coastal Cottages there are featured in the movie `Atonement`). There are some very pretty villages in East Sussex, often offering cream teas and other English delights!

We love living in Seaford with its easy commute to London, Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne. Quite a few interesting charity shops, pubs, restaurants and cafe`s can be found; there is a large supermarket nearby and a small one just up the road.

We have a Mini which we would happily lend for the holiday duration.
