The location is unbeatable with quick and easy access to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, the bustle of Kufurstendamm and the hip nightlife of Kreuzberg. We are also on a direct train line straight down to the popular lakes of Wannsee and the city of Potsdam.

Living Room - 5 seater sofa, armchair, 40 inch TV, DVDs, stereo system, CDs, built-in bookcase, dining table with four dining chairs
Kitchen - dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave
Bathroom - bath, shower, washing machine, mirror cabinet
Hallway - coat hooks, shoe rack, bench, cupboard

About the location

Within walking distance is Akazienkiez, a popular neighbourhood with lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and independent boutiques. On our street you will find an artisan bakery, independent coffee shops, a wine bar, a brasserie, a post office and an organic mini supermarket. Our local 'Edeka' supermarket is open on Sundays too!
