City centre pad - Madrid

Our house is all about location! We are.located in the heart of Madrid. 10 minute walk from Sol.

Details of our flat:

109 square metres.
We have 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with WC Bidet and bathtub. In.2nd.bathroom.there.is a hairdryer

1st bedroom has a queen size bed, cot  & ensuite bathroom. I will leave the white.wardrobe free for your belongings.

2nd bedroom (our sons room) with a bunk bed (only 1 bed, underneath is just a matress NOT a bed however you are welcome to use it for a small child if you please) I will leave 1 wardrobe free the other has the clean linen.& towels.

3rd bedroom has two single beds. It is a SMALL room especially when both beds are up. (One is usually hidden away)
Much better suited to just the 1 bed but the other bed is available if needed.
Iron board and clothes horse are kept in wardrobe of this bedroom.

Our lounge & dining room is a nice size.  We have a.large table & 8 chairs.
The flat is interior and therefore virtually no noise from outside.
The lounge.overlooks.a.large patio.area.

We have a small kitchen. I am a keen cook. I have many appliances packed into a small kitchen, please use if you need to.

Washing machine dishwasher,  large fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob. You are welcome to use as you please but please turn off gas when leaving by tap on wall.

Madrid can get VERY hot in summer,  we have no aircon.
It is the norm & most people in Madrid don't have it, the building is an old building and it is not allowed. We have a few electric fans, in the height of summer I recommend you close blinds when leaving in the morning.

Cleaning fee of 50 euro per stay
We have a cleaner she can come if you wish during your stay also. Just let me know beforehand.

We have 4 bikes. 2 adult (1 foldable) 2 child (ages 4 & 7 approx). Please let us know in advance & we will leave them ready for you.

Super market "Dia" is directly infront of house, "Lidl" Is in Tirso de Molina( 5 MIN )
Bed linen & towels provided.

This flat is our home. Please respect.our belongings as we will yours.

About the location

Anton Martin area is right inbetween Las Letras and Lavapies, it is a safe area as is Madrid on the whole.

Metro station Anton Martin is location 100metres from our apartment. Also both La Latina and Sol are only a short walk away.
The retiro is very close.

Museums:
Reina Sofia Thyssen and Prado are all a short walk from our flat.
Neighbouring areas of interest:  La Latina  Huertas Sol Lavapies, Malasaa (slightly further away) Palacio, Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel.
