Beautiful two-storey terrace house by the sea - Varadero beach

This beautiful terrace house has two floors: on the ground floor there is a spacious living room and an open kitchen with a small pantry. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: the master one that has a big balcony and another one for the children with two beds. In both rooms there are large built-in closets to store things. We also have a toilet with a shower on this floor. The house is in a quiet housing complex with a communal swimming pool and facilities for children so it is ideal for families with small children. The beach is just in front of the residential area and there is also a street gym and a park at the entrance.

About the location

Our house is located in Varadero Beach that is one of the best parts of Santa Pola, a coastal town in La Costa Blanca, Spain. It is famous for its fresh fish, paella, beaches, warm weather and friendly people that attract millions of tourists every summer. You can also go on a boat trip to Tabarca Island to enjoy its crystal clear water and taste our typical meal "caldero". The situation of our house is ideal because you can walk easily to the city centre to visit the castle just in the centre of the town, go along the main streets full of shops, cafés and bars, or stroll on the new harbour promenade where you can feel the lively atmosphere with all your senses. Santa Pola is near Elche, that has been awarded with two World heritatges, Alicante and Benidorm.
