Lovely house in gated community

Very nice house in a gated community of 13 houses. We share a swimming pool. The house is on three floors plus basement room and garage. We have 4 bedrooms plus two more beds in the basement room. The house is very well quipped with a large kitchen/dining room. Two terraces back and front with dining areas. The front of the house faces south. The beach and sailing club are five minutes walk away and there are many grocery shops, restaurants and bars in the area.

About the location

Small community close to Alicante (10 min by car, bus or tram) and 5 min. walk to the beach and cafes, restaurants and shops. Two tram stops close by giving access to Alicante and other towns along the coast. Alicante train station for Madrid (high speed 2hours) Barcelona and Valencia. The Airport is a 25min. drive or a 40 min bus and tram Journey. In Alicante there are shops, cinemas, a theatre and a renowned new concert hall (ADDA) and museums. There are beautiful mountain walks and cycling in the Alicante area.
