It has a fast broadband / wifi connection, a writing / garden room. Although only one bathroom (with bath and shower) there is also a downstairs toilet. The house is in a village about 10 km north of Montpelier, and although semi-suburban, it is really very quiet and on the edge of the countryside. There is an excellent public transport service, with frequent shuttle bus service to the line 5 tram terminus 7km away which allows you to travel all the way to the sea/ airport/ railway station etc. keybox

About the location

It is on the very edge of the garrigue (French bush), with many beautiful walks, cycle rides (2 bicycles available (one electric) and drives. Only 25 mins drive to the coast, lots of wild swimming , and in the rivers hereabouts too. Montpellier has a great deal to offer, two opera houses, two art-house cinemas, many theaters, wonderful restaurants and nightlife, If we arrange a swap perhaps you could come here before i leave so I can spend a day or two providing the lie of the land .
