Graceful, large colonial style house with garage for two cars. Beutiful garden with a little swimming pool. All bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom and are fully air-conditioned.Large combined sitting and dinning room. An ample terrasse overlooking the garden. Kitchen with all kinds of modern appliances. Washing room with automatic washing machine and adjoining area for drying the garnments. Smokers are welcome and swapping partner should preferably like cats, since I have four of them.
to be taken care of by the house servants. A gardener and two maids prepaid by owner will be in attendance. Possibility to swap vehicles as well.

About the location

The neighbourhood is a mixed one including peolple of Hispanic as well as Mayan background. Two of my closest house neighbours are used as offices, meaning little activity by night. Otherwise the neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. My street is parallel of Prolongación Montejo; one of Merida's main thoroughfare, with plently of restaurants shops and other amenities. My house if at 30 minutes drive from the beaches of Progreso and at 4 hours drive from the glamorous Cancun. Interesting archeological sites at short driving distance.
