Comfortable house with large kitchen, dining room and large lounge. there is a utility room and ground floor toilet. Both bathrooms have only showers one of which is the ensuite to the second bedroom.

We are in a quiet residential street with views to the North Downs from the front of the property.

About the location

We are situated approximately 30 minutes from the coast, also 20 minutes from Canterbury. The motorway is 10 minutes drive away, which provides good access to all areas.

Ashford International Station has a fast train service to London, where you can catch the Eurostar train for the continent.
Kent villages are always worth a visit along with the seaside towns such as Whitstable, famous for oysters.

Castles and stately homes are within easy driving distance.

Local shops are a 10 minute walk or larger supermarkets are a 10 minute drive.

We have an excellent Restaurant/Pub , Stubbs, a short walk away. Definitely worth a visit.

There is a large cinema with a Multiplex screen , along with several fast food outlets near Junction nine of the motorway.
There is also a smaller cinema in Ashford town centre.

Canterbury has an excellent Theatre plus all of its history and Cathedral.
