JM Compound, Sicayab, Dipolog City

Our Modern 5 bedroom house was built 3 years ago. It`s very private, secure and secluded, with a 3m high wall all around.

Rooms all face onto a big courtyard, surrounding our open air swimming pool, 12 meters x 5 meters; depth varies from 1m to 2m.

The house is only 50m from the main National Hi-way; only 500m from Dipolog Airport Terminal. There is always plenty of local transportation available.

Guests have unlimited access to the pool, 24/7 (extra visitors at an additional charge, to be agreed) There are no rules for any swimming attire; swim bare if you wish - as our family usually do!

Guests enjoy free breakfasts every morning. Also all guests receive a copy of our free detailed visitors` guide to our local area.

1 bedroom is reserved for the private use of the owners; another bedroom for their young nephew & niece - who also live here, during school term-times.

So 3 bedrooms always available for rent for guest visitors.

About the location

Sicayab beach (100m away) is one of the longest (12kms) sandy beaches in Philippines - yet nearly always deserted save for a few local fishing boats and a few local kids. The sea here is quite safe for swimming. Sicayab village has a couple of good beach-front bars / restaurants, for drinks and simple meals. Going towards the airport terminal, (500m) Fuselage Cafe is highly recommended, for drinks, meals - even fishing! From the National Highway (50m away) much regular public transport is available into Dipolog City for shopping etc, or turning left, to historic Dapitan City for some interesting sight-seeing.
