Our Home - Manyana

Our home has just been newly refurbished making it very comfortable, easy-care and well equipped. It is on two levels. The top level has four bedrooms and a bathroom and has been recently carpeted for added comfort. The sound of the waves washing onto the beach can be heard from these bedrooms. Downstairs contains a modern open plan kitchen and family room which allows you to bring the outside in by way of bi-fold doors.

The view from the large windows overlook the natural beauty that surrounds this modern house. Kangaroos and brightly coloured birds frequent this bushland. A BBQ is located in the outdoor space, a prerequisite for the Aussie icon of a good steak with premium red wine accompaniment. There is also another bathroom and TV room located on the ground floor.

The home is equipped with a large TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, laundry facilities, garage and wood combustion fire.
In Winter the temperature is a beautiful sunny 17/18c and morning sun streams into the living area. In summer the weather is warmer (of course) but the house is cooled by a wonderful sea breeze each afternoon.

The neighbours are friendly and the lifestyle relaxed for swimming, beach and bush walking. Toys include bicycles, kayaks, bodyboards, fishing equipment and more. Tennis courts and soccer field is available across the road.
As we are three hours from Sydney we are able to assist with transport arrangements to get there and back. Alternatively you may like to hire a car and explore the very picturesque coastline and attractions along the way.

About the location

Manyana is a quiet coastal village on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. It is home to famous surfing beaches and fantastic year round beach and lake fishing. It is located less than three hours drive from Sydney.

In addition to beautiful beaches, the surrounding areas have some of the most beautiful bushland and national parks found anywhere in the world. This sleepy town allows you to fully relax with lovely locals. It has a small general store with Cafe. Rest & relaxation awaits you. This village is the ideal location for your classic beach holiday experience.

Surf, swim, snorkel, paddle, fish, cycle or just walk on white sands and enjoy the stunning beauty of the whole area. Whale watching season is from May to October.

A picturesque twenty minute drive will take you to a quaint Australian historic village, where cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops abound.
