Lovely 1/2 house with private pool - Finestrat

Our house is built with a designer interior, as the housekeeper is a professional designer. The house is divided in 2 parts, with separate entries. Each part of a house has its own living room (roughly 50 m2), a kitchen and washing room.

We exchange the lower separate part of the house.In the video this part until such time as the camera operator walks up the stairs.

Every bedroom in the house has its own cupboard.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms and a terrace, where you can meet the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises above the sea level, that you`ve ever seen.

Our lovely garden consists of a lawn, palm tree and few other vegetations such as rose flowers. But the main treasure of our house is the 4x8 meter pool with jacuzzi, filled with seawater.

The most important feature of our house is that during winter, it is very warm and cozy because of the electric heating. And the whole first floor has a marble floor with heating.

About the location

Behind our house there is a 1 km high Puig Campana mountain, that is very famous among people who like hiking or bicycle trips. And the sea is just 5 minutes away, with the longest coastlines of Benidorm or VillaJoyosa, 5 km long. Our house is situated in a very peaceful place but, the busiest town called Benidorm is just 5 minutes away. There you can find any sorts of facilities, such as casinos, Benidorm palace shows, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs where the fun stories and a good life never end.

There are other extreme or hobby facilities of any kind to leave you with the best memories about this place, such as fishing, scuba diving, cable water ski, water motor ski, kite surging, yacht walks. Or you can just take a 2 hour ferry to the notorious Ibiza for a weekend.
