Early Victorian Sandstone House in a quiet location near the town of East Grinstead

We have a large sitting/dining room, tv room plus a kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen table and chairs. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are gardens to the front and rear of the property which backs onto fields.
We have Sky tv on which you can download box sets and get Catch Up and watch DVDs.
and we also have broadband.

About the location

There are a number of National Trust houses in the area which can be visited.
We are about 2 miles from East Grinstead and about 2 miles from the main line station from which trains go up to London twice an hour. The journey takes about
60 minutes. We have a cinema in town plus various pubs and restaurants and shops. To walk to the town it would take about 30 minutes but only 5 minutes in the car. We have two bikes which can be used if desired.
Tunbridge Wells Spa town is about 45 minutes by car but it can also be reached by bus. Our house backs onto a large field which has some nice walks to Standen National Trust property and also to the reservoir. Brighton is about 50 minutes away by car or you can drive to Three Bridges Station and get the train.
Gatwick Airport is very near (although not noisy) and from there you can get cheap flights to Europe for a weekend break if on a longer exchange.
