Situated on 2 acres on the edge of an atypical Australian country town on the mid-north coast of NSW. The house is a combination mudbrick, timber slab and steel construction. The main house is open plan with two bedrooms and a sleeping loft with ducted airconditioning/heating throughout. There is a slow combustion heater in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is currently used as a home office but can be fitted out with two single beds. The sleeping loft has a queen size bed. There is a separate small mudbrick/steel studio.
