There are two supermarkets close by (both Co-ops) within 5 minutes walking distance of the house, as well as lots of smaller local shops and cafes/restaurants, some of which open late at night. The house is on a bus route, with a very regular, 15 minute, bus service into the City. If you enjoy countryside walks the house is within 10 minutes walk of the South Downs.
