Very comfortable end of terrace house recently renovated to a very high standard.We are situated near the town centre and are also very close to the beach{approximently 3 or 4 minutes walk}.The interior measurement of the house is 115 square metres and we also have a large roof terrace excellent for sunbathing.About 20 metres away there is a large communal pool.
About the location
Nerja was for many years a small fishing village.In 1965 a group of caves were discovered and as a result Nerja became a must visit part of Spain.The village or small town is a pleasure to walk about.It is safe day and night.There are loads of restaurants and coffee bars.During the winter month`s the snow birds from the north of europe flock to Andalucia for the weather(not unlike Florida) A important feature about Nerja is it`s proximity to some of the most beautiful cities of Spain.Granada,Seville,Cadiz are all no more than a couple of hours drive away.Madrid can be reached by high speed train from Malaga in about the same time.It`s a lovely place to be in winter. The weather is normally very good.
