There are a number of safe sandy beaches nearby with cliff top views over the Atlantic Ocean. The Camel Trail is close by for safe bike rides along the camel estuary to Weybridge and Bodmin or take the ferry across the estuary to Rock. The Eden Project is 30 mins drive.
