Our home is a newly renovated villa with an attached Gallery and Framing Shop. The framing shop and workshop are not part of the house swap as they will be closed and locked. The rest of the 3 bed and 3 bathroom property is available. The cellar has some stored painting but is used also as a TV room which will be available. The kitchen and living room are open plan and two bedrooms have ensuite shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. There is a separate utility room with dryer and washing machine. The garden is off the main lounge area and the bifold doors open onto the garden. There are orange, lemon, fig, apple, walnut, apricot, persimmon, pomegranate, quince trees and a large vegetable patch. The house has airconditioning and reverse cycle heating. Our WIFI is high speed. The office is attached to another seating area which looks out onto the pavement. The Road is busy during the school run but very quiet at weekends.

About the location

Mitcham is a village location with easy access to city centre via train or bus. There is an inside shopping Mall with a cinema complex. Stamps is our local restaurant and The Edinburgh Hotel is another well know eatery and pub with an outside garden, live music is played during the summer months. Mitcham Reserve is a lovely park with BBQ facilities and a creek running through. Picnic are a favourite in this area.
