The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge.

The Garden House is situated in a quiet residential road in Impington, on the northern edge of Cambridge. The high ceilings, spacious main rooms and peaceful setting create a feeling of calm and seclusion.

About the location

Histon & Impington are two historic villages linked together on the edge of Cambridge. From the house there are lovely views of Impington Mill, a recently restored windmill. Just 3 minutes` walk from the house is a well-stocked corner shop (with superb Indian takeaway food) and a pub serving meals. In fact Histon & Impington has 6 pubs in total (all offering food), 2 cafes, 2 mini-supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, a football club, parks with playgrounds and a village green with a brook always teeming with ducks. We are happy to give recommendations for eating locally, in Cambridge or the neighbouring villages.
The historic city of Cambridge is 2 miles away.
