It is a family friendly home with lots of children`s toys, games and books available. It has a large modern kitchen-diner and a separate toilet and bathroom upstairs. There is also a well maintained garden, fish pond and patio area. There is ample off road parking and is also serviced by good public transport links into central London or out into the Kent countryside.

About the location

Sidcup has the advantage of being on the edge of the beautiful Kent countryside, popularly known as the `garden of England` as well as having a great train service into Central London, with journey times around 18 minutes. Sidcup is brimming with pubs and restaurants, with friendly ‘locals’ serving the community.

The historic town of Canterbury with its cathedral is only an hours drive as well as some lovely beaches and coastal spots like Whitstable Bay and Broadstairs accessible by train or car. Kent itself has some very picturesque villages with great country pubs and restaurants as well as lovely walking and cycling routes along the Kent downs.

In the other direction, central London is not far with all the opportunities that it offers for museums, galleries, theatre, shopping etc.
