The main house has 4 bedrooms but there is also an independent self contained twin room annexe with own kitchenette and en-suite shower room. It has its own entrance. The annexe is often let to mature visiting academics for short lets but could be made available for a non simultaneous exchange.

It is a 1960s house which has been updated and insulated. It has a good sized fenced rear garden with patio area to both the annex and main house.

About the location

We are situated at the city end of the village of Girton, so there is still a village community with events like a Feast Day in July. We are 5 minutes walk from Girton College with its grounds open to the public. Two good pubs at village centre near the church and recreation ground with tennis courts and trim trail. 10 minutes walk to the new university development of Eddington where you will find a large Sainsburys supermarket, excellent bakers and another community centre with a further children`s play area, sports field and table tennis. Also a Beefeater pub 5 mins from house. Half hour walk to the city centre or frequent buses, journey time 10mins. Golf club in village.
