With level access from the street, the covered porch leads to the entry foyer, the main living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen /dining room, a side veranda and a long rear balcony overlooking a bushland reserve that contains a walking trail.

Downstairs, the lower ground level has a large multipurpose room (office and lounge area), the large laundry and 3rd shower /toilet. Outside here is a level lawn and Gazebo with lounge. This area borders onto the bushland reserve.

There are 6 independant air/con units servicing all rooms individually. 3 TV`s, Wi-Fi and internet, all the normal kitchen appliances, washing machine and dryer... and, lots of books.

About the location

Parramatta is Sydney`s 2nd city and is less than 10 minutes drive (5 Kms), It is our major centre for business & shopping, although there are 3 supermarkets, a pub and the choice of about 12 restaurant and take-aways within 3 minutes drive ( most within 15 minutes walk.)
There are several licensed clubs in the district. Every one of them will welcome you as a visitor for drinks, a meal or to join in their events.
Public transport : 2 bus routes to Parramatta. The 521 stop approx. 200 metres and the more frequent 545 is 600 metres... To Sydney city, Bus stop 15 minutes walk - but much more pleasant is a 1 hour ferry trip, 23 minutes walk away. ( Our train station has been suspended, preparing for a new light rail line to Parramatta & beyond.)
Our preference is for a car swap during the exchange. Dundas, is close to the geographic centre of the Sydney boundaries. The road network is such that we have main roads heading in all points of the compass, with easy access to them from Dundas.

Parramatta is known as our "Cradle City", being the first farming settlement and the site of the original Government House in Australia. Our short history is well represented and alive here. The Parramatta City Council controls and promotes our unique heritage. The tourist information centres and libraries provide a great service.
