Newly refurbished terraced house in Barelona city center

We have just entirely refurbished our home. It is a brand new modernist house of 160 meters squared, layed out into 2 stories. The first floors is an open space with a big entrance room, a bathroom, a reception room, a dinning room and an open plan kitchen. On the second floor there is a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a big room with space for another double or several single beds for children. It is very bright, with 3 different outdoor spaces. It is within one of the most popular areas in Barcelona (Gràcia, Sant Gervasi), it is a safe area and the house is located in a pedestrian silent small road. You can reach the city center within 10min by tube or bus (1min away from Lesseps tube station).
