Our "cottage" is located in Broek in Waterland, a friendly historical village with 2800 inhabitants.

Close to bustling Amsterdam with its canals, museums, art galleries and history.
Good and easy transport links both to / from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport,
as well as Amsterdam Central Station.

Free parking (opposite / nearby), if you travel by car.

Description:
Ground floor: hall / toilet / living with open plan kitchen / single bedroom
First floor: bedroom (king-size bed), bathroom with shower and 2nd toilet

The master bedroom has ample storage space and a comfortable desk.

The cottage is perfect for 2 persons, but 3 is also possible, as there is a single bedroom on the ground floor.

About the location

Located in a friendly, historical village, very close to bustling Amsterdam,
as well as picturesque villages and small towns (...well worth visiting!)
for instance:

- Edam (famous cheese / historic houses)
- Marken (former island)
- Monnickendam, Hoorn, De Rijp (listed houses)
- Volendam (vibrant harbour area)
- Enkhuizen (surrounded by an old rampart)

(type of location is "village-like", not suburban)

After a day`s outing, you can unwind here...
or sample one of the restaurants in the village.

The side garden is perfect for "al fresco" dining.

Great for biking, hiking, as well as canoeing, in the area.

...Bike rental shop in the village (located close to the bus stop to Amsterdam).
