A bright, clean, 2 bedroom flat on the ground floor of a small and friendly mansion block on Lissenden Gardens, located on the south corner of Hampstead Heath. One step entrance but otherwise wheelchair accessible.

The flat has been recently renovated with open plan kitchen and wood parquet flooring throughout. There are two bedrooms, one with kingsize and the other with a double bed. Our own private garden uniquely has direct access to the Heath, right next to the popular Parliament Hill lido & cafe.

There is one resident and free-to-roam cat who would ideally stay but if you don’t like cats then she can be moved to a cattery.

The perfect property to enjoy all the wonderful sites and sounds of London, our flat is centrally located to immerse yourself with a good dollop of arts and culture that the city has to offer. And when not out exploring the capital, home is a friendly neighbourhood with direct access to the peaceful open spaces of Hampstead Heath via our own private garden gate.

For keen walkers, locally there`s Kenwood House (English Heritage), Hampstead (Keats House), Highgate Cemetery, Primrose Hill and Regents Park with London Zoo, Camden Market, Regents Canal to Kings Cross and The British Museum. Also Hampstead Heath lido & swimming ponds, Weekend Farmers Markets and shops of Swains Lane.

For exploring further afield it`s a short distance to the Underground or Overground Stations to take in Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Kew Gardens, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Tate Galleries and beyond.
