Lovely, centrally-located apartment in Bologna

Our home is ready to welcome you!

We have a first floor apartment in a quiet residential building. The house is very modern, with fibre optic internet, AC, Breville barista coffee machine and triple glazing, while still maintaining original features like the wooden beams on the ceiling. There is a large master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe which overlooks the courtyard. In the open plan living area, there is the possibility of setting up a guest bed.
There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another smaller bathroom that is used as a utility room. Downstairs there is a small courtyard and garden with a table where you could dine al fresco. I am pleased to offer you mine and my partner's city bikes and mountain bikes for use during your time here.
The area we live in is a 10 minute walk from the main square, and in the other direction it's a 10-15 minute walk to get to the gorgeous Bolognese hills for a hike, or just to escape the city heat in the summer!
