Brook Cottage

A large detached cottage in the beautiful village of Clearwell which is two miles from Coleford - the administrative centre of the Forest. Brook Cottage is a large, detached house with four bedrooms, three doubles and a single; one with en-suite and a large family bathroom. Downstairs there is a large fitted kitchen (with range), a utility room, cloakroom and large lounge with a dining area, seating area and wood burner. We have Sky (multiroom with additional TV upstairs), Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is a large, flat rear garden that backs on to woodland with a patio area, chiminea BBQ and pond. There is a shared drive with parking to the rear for two cars. There is plenty of parking to the front.

Clearwell is an ancient village in the heart of the Royal Forest of Dean. There is one traditional pub, one gastro pub and an award winning restaurant all within two minutes walk of the house. The Forest has countless walks and cycle tracks and is a fantastic location for lovers of the outdoors. Further afield lie the Wye and the Severn valleys. Nearby attractions include Clearwell Caves, Perrygrove Railway, Tintern Abbey, Ross on Wye, Monmouth and numerous Castles.
