An annual Landlords gas check is carried out. There is a good Wifi signal.

In the sitting room there is modern gas fire and TV with freeview.
The sun room is accessed from the dining room, looking towards Walla Crag.
There is off road parking for 2 cars. There are great views all around. An excellent walking base, with plenty of good walks from the house. The garden is large with sitting areas.

Keswick is a popular market town and tourist centre within the Lake District National Park, Derwent Water is only a mile away and can be reached by walking along wooded footpaths.
There is a local bus service.
The English lake District has a lot to offer, it's also not far to Hadrians Wall and Lanercost Priory.
Surrounding towns include Ambleside, Cockermouth, Windermere, Maryport , Whitehaven and Penrith.
Nearest large town is Carlisle
