Recently refurbished family semi-detached house.

We live opposite the popular Hove Park. This is a large semi-detached family home, which is nearing the end of a long renovation.
Our home has a large back garden and parking space for 2 cars. We have a large kitchen/diner, separate lounge with log burner, downstairs toilet, back garden with patio and gas barbeque. There is strong wi-fi available throughout. There are two televisions with access to Netflix, Virgin and Amazon Prime. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a spare room/office. The maion bedroom has great views over the park. On the 2nd floor we have two further bedrooms and a bathroom. We have almost finished our house renovation, with just the bathroom on the 1st floor left to complete (although it does have a toilet and sink, it is not complete yet!)

About the location

Our family home is situated in Hove, a vibrant town which is joined by Brighton to form the City of Brighton & Hove! Our house is opposite Hove Park in the centre of town. There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance and there are also great pubs and cafes too. London is less than an hour away by train. We are also a 10 minute walk from Hove Train Station. You can walk down to the seafront promenade (around 20 minutes) and stroll along to Brighton with its many tourist attractions, pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants. The park has great facilities (Park Run takes place every Saturday morning, there are also tennis courts (1 minute from our front door!), artificial football pitches, large children playground, basketball court, climbing rock, cafe and large open space for relaxing. Brighton and Hove is also on the edge of the South Downs National Park (a 10 minute drive). The house is in a dead-end road so it is fairly quiet with no passing traffic.
