My first floor flat is comfortable, well maintained and within easy access of the city centre. It is south facing, looks onto beautiful Harrison park and is right next to a lovely walk/cycling route along the canal. There is a shared garden at the rear.
I have two double bedrooms (one acts as an office with a pull out double), large living space, and kitchen with french doors so that you can stay part of the action while in the kitchen.

Shandon/Polwarth is a quiet friendly area, well-served by bus links or a 20 minute walk to the city centre. There are lovely local independent cafes, corner shops, pubs, pharmacy, takeaways... everything you would right on the doorstep.
City centre culture, shops, and wider attractions are all close by and i'd be happy to help you find what you're looking for.
