Herberton Park

Lovely cosy red-brick semi-detached. On the ground floor there are two interconnected reception rooms and an adjoining kitchen. We have two double bedrooms and a third room which is currently in use as a study (there is a fold out bed that could suit a small person for a short stay). There is a side entrance to the garden (mainly used for bikes and bins). There is also a secure garden shed and patio, outdoor seating and barbecue.

About the location

Dublin 8 is fast becoming one of the most popular districts in the city. We are about a 35-minute walk from the city centre and 15-20 minutes by public transport. Rialto is a charming village with bars, cafés, takeaways, grocery store, butcher and off-licence. We are within walking distance of the Guinness Brewery, the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and the historic Kilmainham Gaol. The area is very well serviced by bus and tram.
