This charming, character-filled beamed cottage has been thoughtfully extended to include a spacious, well-equipped kitchen diner—perfect for gathering around the breakfast bar while cooking or enjoying meals at the dining table. Large bifold doors open directly onto the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two cosy living rooms, each with comfortable sofas and televisions, as well as a practical utility room with a washing machine and a convenient downstairs toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite, and there are three additional bedrooms (two doubles and one single), all sharing a family bathroom.

Outside, the property boasts a welcoming garden with a vegetable patch, a patio area on one side of the house, and a courtyard garden on the other—ideal for catching the morning sun with your coffee.

We also have a very friendly cat who would need feeding during your stay.

Stratford-upon-Avon, just a 10-minute drive away, is a beautiful historic town home to the Royal Shakespeare Company theatres, a cinema, and a variety of shops. You can also explore Shakespeare’s houses, museums, and a Tudor farm.
Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, you’re perfectly placed to discover charming towns, villages, pubs, and farm shops, all within an easy drive.
For city adventures, train services to London and Oxford are accessible within a 30-minute drive, or you can reach Stratford-upon-Avon train station in just 15 minutes, with links to Birmingham.

Our Cottage is situated in a lovely rural village close to Stratford-upon-Avon. Within the village there is a great pub that serve good quality food and has a lovely big garden a shop selling all your essentials and a cafe all within a short walk.

It is a 10 minute drive into the pretty historical town of Stratford-Upon-Avon where you will find the Royal Shakespeare Company theartes, a cinema and plenty of shops. There are also many Shakespeare houses, museums and a tudor farm to explore.

We are also right on the edge of the Cotswolds so there are plenty of gorgeous Cotswold towns, villages, pubs and farmshops to explore within an easy drive.

Within a 30 drive you can access train services to London and Oxford or just 15 minutes to Stratford-upon-Avon train station with links to Birmingham, so it is a great location for city days out.
