Small 2 bedroom flat in a small 4 storey private block

IDEALLY, I would like to offer my spare single room for similar in a non-simultaneous (hospitality) swap. I am looking for a female guest.

My home is cozy and comfortable. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, a good sized sitting room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen.

The flat is on the first floor of a 4 storey building, which is very secure. We have good neighbours here.

About the location

I live in Stoke Newington, bordering Canonbury. Lovely Clissold Park is on the doorstep, and round the corner is my local gym and swimming pool: Clissold Leisure Centre. Stoke Newington village has many cafes, restaurants and shops. The area in general is very multicultural and that is reflected in the diverse types of shops and products. Transport links are excellent but everything you need is close by. It is Zone 2 with easy access into central London.
