Detached house with garden in quiet cul-de-sac

This is 1970s house with 4 bedrooms, a newly-refurbished kitchen-diner with a lovely Rangemaster cooker. The back of the house opens directly onto the back garden with a nice seating-area in summer.

We have a utility room with washer and tumble drier and a heated airer. There is a toilet and sink downstairs.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and an office (which will be locked).

We have 3 resident cats, all with very different personalities, who will need feeding but they will come and go through the cat flap.

We have a bike shed and can make bikes available, including one e-bike.

About the location

Located in central Scotland, Dunblane is a small town (although it does have a historic Cathedral), situated on the Allanwater river. It is often described as one of the most desirable places to live in Scotland, with a train station linking directly to Edinburgh (1 hour), Glasgow (45mins), Perth (30mins) & Dundee (1 hour) - and even a sleeper service to London.

Local attractions include Dunblane Cathedral and Museum, Andy Murray`s postbox. Stirling is just 5 miles away and has Stirling Castle and the surrounding old town area. Bridge of Allan and Callendar are also local towns worth visiting. The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel are a 30-minute drive. Access to hill-walking, lochs and rural areas is easy with a car.
