The townhouse has two levels with open plan living/dining/kitchen and one bedroom (en-suite) plus a weaving studio on the main floor. Downstairs is a family room with TV and an extra Murphy bed (pulls down from wall), and a laundry room with washer and dryer. As well there is a secluded patio in the back, which is south facing so gets sun most of the day.
About the location
Located on the campus of the University of British Columbia in a quiet neighbourhood near forested areas and access to ocean beaches. There is shopping within easy walking distance as well as public transit to many areas in other parts of Vancouver.
