This is my parents house, which we want to use for swaps for family holidays in Europe and the UK
It is very well located for exploring Dublin, on the DART train line. It is five mins from the sea in both directions and is walking distance to the charming fishing village of Howth.
It has a very well equipped kitchen, a spacious gartden with decking and gas bbq, a fireplace in the sitting room a pellet burner in dining room/kitchen and three double bedrooms available for guests.
Its twenty mins from Dublin airport and twenty mins from Dublin port - the ferry from Holyhead is a wonderful way to travel from UK to Dublin - you can take a car or travel rail and sail which is very convenient. It is a very good location for a car free holiday.

Very nice walks from the door and all along the dart line.
Swimming in the sea at the beach ten mins from house
some very good restaurants in Howth
and of course all that dublin city centre has too offer - art, theatre, museums and pubs :)
