Otters Holt is part of a sea front cottage

Our letting bungalow is annexed to our own sea frontage bungalow, looking onto the stunning Moray Firth. We have one large family bedroom with a double bed, one single and a pull-out bed. Second bedroom consits of two single beds. The large living room has an 8 seater dining table, two comfy settee's (one which is a pull-out bed settee). A beutiful newly installed kitchen with a breakfast bar that can sit 6 people, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, tall stand alone fridge and seperate lare upright freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath and a seperate walk in shower. Large gardens sarround the property and we are dog friendly (blankets and towels for dogs supplied).

About the location

Located in the heart of the Speyside, with access to over 20 of the world famous Speyside Malt Whisky distilleries an easy drive. Multiple links golf courses, including Buckpool which oveelooks our house. We often sit in our front room and watch the bird and sea life go by, including Ospreys, seals, and of course our famous Bottle Nosed Dolphins. Many fantastic oppertunities for scenic walks, either along the many quiet beaches or along stunning cliff tops. Ample oppertunities for surfing at various spots along the coast, along with a spot of fishing, either in the famous River Spey or sea fishing on the firth. We are located half way between Inverness and Aberdeen and if the weather is good we are an hours drive to the Cairngorms for a spot of sking.
