BEACHFRONT FLAT; PERFECT FOR A FAMILY BEACH HOLIDAY

We live in a beachfront flat that is in a newly built block of flats (5 years old).
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise.

It's literally a 20-second walk to the beach and we have beach equiptment such as parasols and beach chairs

Closeby there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything you might need while you´re here.

About the location

The area is a residential area with lots of local amenities, shops, supermarkets, health centre etc.. It does get busier in summer but the tourism is mainly local Spanish tourism, Almeria is not a party destination like some of the other coastal cities in Spain, so it´s an ideal destination for people who want to get to know real Spain and avoid tourist hotspots.

The weather is amazing all year round, it´s the driest city in Spain and has the highest average temperature too.

The area is perfectly safe and you will feel comfortable here in no time at all.
